  1. Jilly, today I had a sachet of porridge and a cup of tea, white with no sugar.

    for lunch I had a tomato, cheese, chicken slices with onion sandwich and a cup of white tea no sugar.

    mid arvo I had a small banana and another cup of white tea no sugar.

    for dinner I am doing a small serve of fettucine bolognaise. I am trying not to think of a d*i*e*t but a lifestyle!

    I am looking to see what u eat to get some ideas!! xx

  2. I am so glad I am not alone, Glenys, you are such a precious Friend - God has been so good to me to give me such a supportive friend!

    We can do this Glenys, I know we can!

    I am reading "Fascinating Womanhood" again and it is blessing me a lot, to learn again how God has made us to be feminine not feminists. I love God for that because I would really suck as a feminist! However I know I can do feminine with help from God, my precious Hubby and my friends!!!
