*~*Day 6*~*
Up to today I have lost 2.6 kilo's since Wednesday the 29th of May so all is well! I am so happy that doing the aerobics is working!!
I have done my aerobics for the day and enjoyed every minute; so now I am off to eat healthy and do house work!
I also went for a 20 minute walk so all is well; I am loving this exercise thing! :)
