I am keeping this photo in my mind as I change my way of life style to a much healthier life style! So far this week I have lost 1kg & 787.15g
(3.94Lbs) I am so excited the 2hours of water jogging 5 day's a week is working and I am so happy! It is hard work and does take commitment but that's okay with me!
