Well I find myself here again needing to lose weight again so I embark on a weight loss journey all over again thinking will I make it this time? 

I have after many thoughts and prayers that I shall give the Low Carb way of life ago so please pray for me if you think of me and we will see how well I do?!

I walked for 35 minutes today; on my treadmill. Loving it and losing it!

Today I went for a 6.5 kilometer walk, it was fantastic and took me 1 hour and 10 minutes. I am hoping to do this 5 times a week. 

I don't want to get to the end of the year and wish I had started now!

I have now lost 17.7kilos or 39.9lbs. (2 .11 stone) I feel so good!!!
