*~*Back to it!*~*


Well it's been awhile however I have only put on 500grams so thats good! I started using *FatBlaster* today so here to the blessing of losing weight!!

Breakfast*~*~*1 English Muffin

Lunch*~*~*Sandwich with Cheese & Apple

Dinner*~*~*Mash, Green Beans, Mince and Peas (small helping)
Desert*~*~*Frosty Fruit

Supper*~*~*2 SAO Biscuits
