I am excited I have weighted in and lost 3.3 kilos (7.2Lb.) for the week I am feeling wonderful and so happy I am doing this! I thank God from the bottom of my heart because I know I could not do this without His help!
It is also day 8 of my one month chocolate fast! Okay I am off to do my aerobics for the day!
My aerobics are done and I feel great; now I am off to get the bathroom cleaned and then the kitchen!
