I am so happy it is day 9 and I am still losing weight little by little! It is so much fun and it is working I am now weighing less than I have for many, many years! I think my cardiologist is going to be happy!! Praise God I am doing it with His help! Now I am off to do my aerobics for the 9th day! Aerobics are done and I feel fantastic! Now to get the home clean! oxoxoxo
